Update: Spring 2023

Given the extensive reach of this focus area, we categorized our work focusing on the following three areas:

  1. Workforce Development/Adult Education

  2. Social Supports/Labor

  3. Business Attraction & Retention/Small Businesses/Entrepreneurship

Each comprises a group of partners fully involved and aware of the needs and challenges that impact their respective categories. They meet regularly to address specific topics, and every month, all workgroup members convene to review their findings, discuss possible implications, and determine the next steps. We plan to continue this same structure during this last phase of the plan development. Still, we will shift the focus of the conversations to solutions and best practices that could address the problem statements identified.
