Anchor Collaboratives
Anchor Collaboratives are groups of organizations that manage and guide the work in six key focus areas. Each of the six workgroups will dive deeper into research, promising practices, and community engagement to develop targeted investment strategies that become the backbone of the community-wide improvement plan.
In addition, they will function as a cohesive project management team for their respective focus area, serve as neutral conveners and facilitators across all sectors for planning and decisions, and serve as ambassadors of this effort by sharing updates and helping the community stay informed.
